As an integral form of yoga, Satyananda Yoga offers structured retreats in yoga lifestyle, mid week intensives, meditation, relaxation and philosophy for both experienced and new yoga followers. Yogic Studies 1 & 2 modules of the Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teacher Training are offered yearly at Rocklyn Ashram.
For less structured yoga retreats you may like to experience time out on a Personal Retreat for quality rest and rejuvenation by taking part in the ashram lifestyle yoga program. Personal retreats can be any length of time to facilitate your health and wellbeing.
1 week to 1 month Living Consciously and Yoga Lifestyle retreats provided mindfulness through the daily ashram program and twice daily group discussions. A folder and booklet is provided to follow the daily subjects of mindfulness.
Open Days and Day visits for Yoga Nidra - guided relaxation and a vegetarian lunch offer a great break and an opportunity to browse in the Ashram Book Shop, ask at Reception about what is on offer at the centre, take a walk through the Ashram gardens and forest surrounding the Ashram.
