The ashram kitchen serves sattwic (pure) vegetarian food. According to the season much of the produce is grown in our own organic vegetable garden. The daily program of Yoga Nidra at 11.30am followed by a vegetarian lunch is available every day. If you wish to attend this program please call us the day before you plan to visit us.
