Family days are fun and a great way to spend time together exploring yoga postures, walking in the forest, learn to plant a tree or herb in the garden and receive a herb for your garden.

Bring along something nice you have made to eat and share with others for afternoon tea.

The Yoga Shop and Reception are open for you to browse in and ask about courses and retreats offered at the Ashram.
